This live intensive is a required in-person module of the Certified Practitioner Program and is necessary to complete certification.

Six Day Live Intensive – Program Overview

The Six Day Live Intensive is the required in-person component of the Certified Practitioner in Equine Bodywork Program and is designed to complement the online distance learning portion of the certification.

During this immersive experience, students spend six full days engaged in hands-on bodywork with multiple horses, anatomy review, protocol development, supervised practice sessions, and technique refinement. The intensive is designed to deepen your connection with horses, strengthen your confidence as a bodyworker, and integrate the knowledge gained throughout the online modules.

This live intensive is intended exclusively for students enrolled in the Certified Practitioner Program.

Prerequisite:
Enrollment in the Certified Practitioner Online Program is required. Students must complete through Module #4 prior to attending the Six Day Live Intensive. Please plan ahead, as Module #3 requires additional time to complete.

Tuition:
The tuition for the Six Day Live Intensive is $1,750.

Payment & Deposit

A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment.
The remaining balance of $1,000 must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the program start date.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the program start date:
The $750 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Any amount paid in excess of $750 will be refunded.

• Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to the program start date are non-refundable.

Class Transfer Policy

A one-time class transfer may be requested 60 days prior to the program start date, subject to availability.
A $100 transfer fee will apply.

Transfer requests made less than 60 days prior to the program start date will be treated as a cancellation.

After the Intensive

After completing the Six Day Live Intensive, students will return home to complete their internship, which consists of eight (8) full bodywork sessions on six (6) different horses (two sessions on the same horse). Students will submit assessment and session sheets for review.

Students will continue and complete any unfinished online coursework and take the final written exam online. Access to private online coaching, practitioner groups, and ongoing support continues after the intensive.

Certification Timeline

Students have six (6) months following the Six Day Live Intensive to complete all remaining requirements and become certified.
If certification is not completed within six months, students will be required to re-take the Six Day Live Intensive.
Students who have previously completed a Six Day Live Intensive may re-attend at half tuition.
